Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or utilizing our Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agilent Dinamic Sdn Bhd.
Service Description
We provide comprehensive water utility management, including hardware deployment, 24/7 system monitoring, and preventative maintenance under our managed utility models.
Intellectual Property
All technical documentation, sensor data interfaces, and logos are the property of Agilent Dinamic or our principal partners (Manvia/WaaS). Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Agilent Dinamic shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from system downtime or data inaccuracies beyond our direct operational control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
